Pockets of Peace
The Sensory Caravan
Pockets of Peace is a project that delivers art installations in a variety of spaces. These installations encourage visitors to think about their sensory needs.

The Sensory Caravan was an installation at Green Island festival. It was a sanctuary that stimulated all the senses with tactile sculptures, collages, paintings, incense and tangerines.
A safe space is key in nurturing the mind and body, especially in overstimulating environments.
Pockets of Peace will spread far and wide.

The Sensory Caravan told a story of this being who occupies a world where sensory needs are met. She creates a safe space for people who may be feeling disconnected.
